Michelle Provost, the former general manager, described her work experiences as an 'unbearably toxic work environment rife with sexual harassment, gender discrimination and retaliation,' raising serious legal concerns for the restaurant’s management.
The allegations include a sous chef who 'pestered' Provost for dates and even tried to kiss her while another investor offered cash for sexual favors, depicting a severe lack of professionalism in the work environment.
Burke expressed surprise at the lawsuit, insisting he hadn't seen it and maintained that he himself was not accused of sexual harassment, stating, 'I can't tell you anything else, but remind you it's an allegation.'
