"STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - A four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Forest Hill Road and Richmond Avenue in New Springville resulted in multiple injuries on Monday afternoon, according to emergency officials. The crash was reported at approximately 2 p.m., according to a spokesperson for the NYPD. The driver of one vehicle attempted to change lanes and make a right turn onto Forest Hill Road, but collided with another vehicle, the police spokesperson said."
"Two other vehicles were then involved in the chain-reaction crash. Two people were transported to Northwell Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze, police said. No charges were filed and all individuals involved were reported to be in stable condition. A black sedan with front-end damage was seen on Richmond Avenue heading toward the Staten Island Mall. Traffic in that direction on Richmond Avenue was backed up to the Korean War Veterans Parkway."
