Ex-pastor of megachurch in Ontario sees final 2 sexual assault charges withdrawn by Crown | CBC News
Briefly

All sexual assault charges against Bruxy Cavey have been either stayed or withdrawn, with the Crown stating there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.
His lawyers claimed that the person who reported Cavey made false allegations, asserting, "But even on the version of events they gave to police, nothing criminal happened."
Cavey accepted a peace bond, prohibiting him from contacting the individual involved or being within 50 metres of their work or residence.
The allegations against Cavey became public in March 2022, leading to his resignation and subsequent legal troubles, but have now all been dismissed.
