Donald Trump admitted to still possessing a firearm registered in New York, despite being convicted on 34 felony charges related to falsifying business records.
Trump had surrendered two pistols listed on his New York permit but had not handed over the third, which was presumably moved to Florida, where Trump was residing during his post-conviction hearing.
