Brooklyn weed dispensary sparks outrage for painting over famous mural of Notorious B.I.G.

'We didn't want to take it down,' said the dispensary co-founder about the mural, but they were forced to do so due to state regulations.

'[The state compliance officer] said, 'if the inspector sees it and says no, you're going to have to delay your opening',' said the co-founder.
