Twelve-year-old Zemfira Mukhtarov sneaked out of her Bay Ridge home and died subway surfing on top of a Brooklyn train with a teen friend. The death follows earlier incidents such as 11-year-old Cayden Thompson's subway surfing death last September, which parents linked to social media.
