Yarimi raced through a red light and sped near 70 mph in a 25-mph zone, striking a Toyota and then a mother and her three children crossing Ocean Parkway after Shabbat services. Natasha Saada, 34, and daughters Diana, 8, and Deborah, 5, were killed; son Philip, 4, was critically injured.
