A 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl were hit in the right leg and are expected to survive. Multiple 911 calls brought 50th Precinct officers to the scene. Sources reported a massive brawl among a large group of teenagers before the shooting. Friends and elected officials described Redding as a talented athlete and demanded justice and safer streets.
