Brooklyn bar owner Shamel Kelly claims that James Caban attempted to extort him for $2,500, promising to mediate problems with the NYPD regarding noise complaints and police presence at his establishment.
Kelly described Caban's offer as 'trying to extort me,' stating his refusal to pay the money, ultimately leading to his bar's closure amidst ongoing issues with police enforcement.
