Briefly

Justine Randall-Pizarro, an 18-year-old, was arrested for numerous subway train break-ins and related crimes after failing to appear in court. She faced a slew of charges stemming from four incidents over a few months, including stealing equipment and driving a subway train at 40 mph. Randall-Pizarro reportedly boasted about her speed, referencing past viral videos of similar incidents. Prosecutors characterized her as a serial trespasser in the transit system, highlighting her over 20 arrests since September 2024, posing a danger to commuters.
"I drove even faster than that one that went viral. They went 36 [or] something. I think I went 40 [mph]," she said.
"Since September of 2024, the defendant has accumulated over 20 arrests, with all of these arrests occurring within the confines of the Metropolitan (Transportation) Authority system," Ly said.
"The defendant not only poses a danger to herself, but to millions of transit civilians who use the train system every single day," Ly stated.
Randall-Pizarro is accused of stealing MTA workers' gear from parked trains, breaking into a subway train, and assaulting a transit worker.
