Falansai 2.0 opened on Wednesday, November 5, with familiar favorites like shrimp cake lettuce wraps, and curry chicken tostadas. To start, Falansai's short dinner menu includes six a la carte dishes in addition to two prix fixe options ($58 or $88). Pan Pan will retain its identity as a bakery by day and a wine bar by night."

The Lower East Side welcomed One4One, a two-story sports bar serving wine, cocktails, shrimp cocktail, burgers, and chopped salad. Nomad gained Seed Library, a cocktail-focused outpost by Ryan Chetiyawardana at Hotel Park Ave.
