The annual household income is $170,600. Long Beach is ranked third. The study finds that the city has a livability score is tied for fourth best among suburbs in the top 20. The average household income is $154,000, while the cost of living is $90,500. Standing at number 4 is Garden City, where violent crimes are at .26 (per 1,000). The annual household income is $293,000."
