Romeo Doubs is beginning his first NFL season with a team other than the Green Bay Packers after four years in Green Bay. He reports no hard feelings toward the Packers and credits them with teaching football fundamentals, situational football, and complementary team play. With the Patriots, Doubs must learn a new quarterback and a new offensive system. He says being around Josh McDaniels and understanding the system helps him see how McDaniels thinks offensively, including differences in gameplans, route concepts, and perspectives.
