How a short week changed Bailey Zappe's preparation for the better
Briefly

"It was a lot different," Zappe said of the short week. "I think I learned some things as far as preparation. There wasn't a lot of physical reps, so a lot of it was mental. A lot of it was me sitting behind my computer screen and watching plays and games, after games, after games."
"It's a read you've really done your whole life," the quarterback explained. "Pump the screen, if the corner drives it and the safety plays over the top you kind of throw a hole shot. I didn't really throw much of a hole shot, I kind of left it a little bit inside but it was high enough to where it got over him and Hunter made a great catch."
