Arriving in Foxborough in 2018, Achord became the special teams coordinator in 2020 and continued through the 2021 season, despite the team finishing 28th in DVOA and 13th in Rick Gosselin's rankings.
The organization in Foxborough will see significant changes in their special teams coaching staff with the addition of Springer, Quinn, Tippett, and other roles.
