The 17th NHL Winter Classic will be played Jan. 2, 2026, at LoanDepot Park in Miami, marking the first outdoor NHL game in Florida and the southernmost outdoor NHL game ever. The Florida Panthers will make their first stadium-game appearance, leaving the Utah Mammoth as the only NHL team never to appear in a stadium game. Fanatics designed the Winter Classic jerseys. The Panthers' jersey reimagines the original "leaping panther" with a 1920s hand-stitched crafted look influenced by team ownership, uses darker red and vintage striping, includes a shoulder patch with the Florida state flag and the "walking panther," and hides a rat silhouette on a fabric loop at the hem honoring the plastic-rat tradition. The Rangers' jerseys are part of the franchise's 100th season celebration.
