Josh Sweat signed with the Arizona Cardinals in March and flourished when given the chance to rush the passer from either side of the defensive line. Heading into Week 12 against Jacksonville, Sweat ranked sixth in the NFL with nine sacks and led the league with three strip-sacks, two sacks short of his career high. Sweat posted his best sack seasons in 2021 (7.5) and 2022 (11) while working under Jonathan Gannon and Nick Rallis, and teammates praise his production despite the team's 3-7 record. Sweat credits the coaches' trust for enabling his performance.
