Ravens' trick real treat for record-setter Andrews
""It was a perfect scenario to pull that out there," Andrews said. "I think the critical-down plays are something that we're constantly focusing on and finding unique ways to gain an edge. That's what it was really all about.""
""Hurricane,""
Mark Andrews surpassed Derrick Mason for the Baltimore Ravens' all-time receiving yards with an 11-yard catch in the first quarter. Late in the fourth quarter on fourth-and-1 with the game tied at 16 and 2:39 remaining, the Ravens ran a recently installed trick play called "Hurricane" instead of attempting a 52-yard field goal. Andrews took the snap, spun to the outside and raced 35 yards for his first career rushing touchdown, providing the go-ahead score in a 23-16 comeback win over the Cleveland Browns. Andrews is 30 and has built his eight-year career as Lamar Jackson's primary passing target.
