Weston Port is a former San Juan Hills High standout linebacker completing his second year as a Mormon missionary in Spain and remains committed to UCLA with arrival set for 2027. New UCLA linebacker coach Vic So'oto has been in contact with Port and previously attempted to recruit him to Cal. Scouting praise lists Port at 6'1", 225 pounds with strong instincts, a high motor, sideline-to-sideline quickness, and a 3.9 GPA. Port exercises while visiting various cities during his mission. His mission ends in December and he plans to join UCLA for spring practice in 2027 to regain playing shape.
