Rondale Moore, 25, was found in a garage in New Albany, Ind., with a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound; the death was confirmed by the Floyd County Coroner. Moore had been sidelined the past two NFL seasons by serious knee injuries, including a dislocated right knee in 2024 and a season-ending left knee injury during the Minnesota Vikings' 2025 preseason. A 2021 second-round pick of the Arizona Cardinals, Moore started 23 games with Arizona, totaling 135 catches for 1,201 yards and three touchdowns and rushing 52 times for 249 yards and one score. He was described as an unmatched competitor and beloved teammate, and thoughts and prayers were offered to his family.
