He played four years at Stanford and was recruited by Jim Harbaugh. He began coaching at Virginia Tech, then moved to Michigan under Harbaugh before joining the Panthers in 2018. Terrell joined the Commanders in 2020 and was promoted to wide receivers coach, working with players including Curtis Samuel. He lost out on the Cardinals OC job in 2023 but joined their staff as passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. Terrell has scheduled interviews with the Commanders and Chargers and represents Atlanta’s first official interview for the Falcons OC job.
