ESPN is planning a year-round Super Bowl initiative called "Year of the Super Bowl" that will run extensive promotion and programming across ESPN, ABC and other Disney channels. Cross-company initiatives launched with "The Handoff," featuring Chris Berman and Scott Van Pelt, and include a 60-second spot titled "We're Going" with Disney characters and network personalities. Programming highlights include "I Scored a Touchdown," spotlighting 61 players, and "The Biggest Game" podcast hosted by Jeremy Schaap with weekly episodes ramping up toward the NFL draft. Additional content and marketing campaigns will debut throughout the offseason.
