Dolphins' center Aaron Brewer out vs. Bucs, ending iron-man streak
"Brewer, who entered Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers questionable with a neck injury, is officially out after he was announced among Dolphins inactive players 90 minutes before the 1 p.m. kickoff at Hard Rock Stadium. Brewer had a streak of 66 consecutive starts and 75 consecutive games played snapped. He had made his previous 15 starts with Miami this season and all 17 in 2024."
"Without Brewer, second-year reserve offensive lineman Andrew Meyer could be in line to make his first NFL start and play in his first game after making the Dolphins' roster in 2024 as an undrafted rookie. Meyer did not play a snap last season and he had been on injured reserve for a triceps ailment for the first 15 games of 2025 before his Saturday activation off IR."
