Waller completed three practices after a pectoral injury, missed the minimum four games on IR plus the bye week, and appeared to return to form in Friday's practice. He has four touchdowns in four games this season, giving quarterback Tua Tagovailoa a restored red-zone target. Jackson, sidelined since Sept. 7 with a toe injury, will resume his starting right tackle role where Larry Borom filled in. Hayden Rucci and Kion Smith were waived and could return to the practice squad if unclaimed.
