Jayden Daniels will start Sunday for the Washington Commanders after dislocating his left elbow on Nov. 9 and returning to full participation in practice. The decision to start Daniels involved the coaching staff, the medical staff and Daniels himself. Post-practice contact work was completed and Daniels continued his throwing routines, which appeared sharp. The Commanders are 3-9 with a seven-game losing streak and will face Minnesota's fifth-ranked pass defense. Daniels has played parts of six games this season, missing contests for a sprained left knee and a right hamstring; X-rays were negative and an MRI was performed.
