Robinson will become the latest in an increasingly long line of coordinators tasked with leading Mayfield and Co. in Tampa Bay. Josh Grizzard became a one-and-done staffer in that role when he was fired following the end of the 2025 season."

Robinson departed the Atlanta Falcons after two years leading their offense and interviewed with Tampa Bay, Detroit and Philadelphia during the hiring cycle. The Falcons dismissed head coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot, and new head coach Kevin Stefanski is expected to bring Tommy Rees to Atlanta. Tampa Bay has experienced rapid offensive coordinator turnover, including recent short-tenure coordinators Josh Grizzard, Liam Coen and Dave Canales.
