Fant has been trending toward being available after he was evaluated for the head injury in Week 3 against the Minnesota Vikings, did not return in the 48-10 blowout loss and missed Monday's loss to the Denver Broncos."

Fant entered protocol following a head injury in Week 3 versus the Minnesota Vikings, did not return in the 48-10 loss and missed the subsequent game against the Denver Broncos. Fant has appeared in only two full games this season but ranks second on the Bengals with 12 receptions and has one receiving touchdown. Wide receiver Charlie Jones is expected to be questionable Sunday with an Achilles issue. Rookie defensive end Shemar Stewart will miss a third straight game with an ankle injury.
