Aaron Vazquez, Tyler Schoenberg and Noah Scott teamed for an additional 22 points for the Eagles, who dropped to 9-11 overall after suffering their second consecutive loss. Head coach Ryan Woods' team will now direct its attention to Saturday's SIHSL Tournament quarterfinals."

In the meantime, Parlanti and Sean Gannon each knocked down threes to help the Eagles build a 40-34 advantage heading into the fourth. St. Peter's limited Xaverian to two third-quarter points and led 40-34 entering the fourth before Xaverian rallied to tie the game 56-56 through regulation. In CHSAA A action, St. Edmund's saw a streak end as Tristian Lewis scored 28 with a 16-for-18 free-throw performance.
