Heat reunion with former first-round pick seems crystal clear

No agreement exists and no offer has been made while the team remains under the luxury tax. Current Heat bigs listed are Bam Adebayo, Kel'el Ware, and two-way player Vlad Goldin, creating a need for additional frontcourt depth at some point in the season. Achiuwa, a former first-round pick with ties to South Florida, would welcome a return and likely appears on a short list given a thin market for veteran bigs.
