Donovan Mitchell will not play against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday night due to injury management.
Cleveland coach J.B. Bickerstaff expects Mitchell to return to the lineup when the Cavaliers face the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
Caris LeVert will start in Mitchell's place against Utah.
Cleveland is 4-8 in its last 12 games and battling injuries, currently just a half-game ahead of the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference.
