Draymond Green confronted a courtside fan in New Orleans during a Warriors–Pelicans game after Moses Moody scored 21 first-quarter points. Two minutes before halftime, Green fouled Herb Jones, halting a run and prompting a Pelicans fan, later identified as Sam Green, to repeatedly chant Angel Reese at Green. The fan received a red card for poor conduct yet remained in his seat. He said he began chanting after Green grabbed four offensive rebounds on one possession. The fan accused Green of threatening to punch him; Green said the issue was that the fan challenged his masculinity, not merely the chanting.
