The startup's success is attributed to a robust tech logistics system that ensures efficient patient service through optimized routing for its clinical staff. Recently, they secured a $55 million Series B funding, raising total funding to $125 million, positioning them strongly in the healthcare sector.
"We need to make sure that our employees are spending as much time as possible serving patients rather than driving," Cohen said.
"There have been many home-based care companies that have failed because it's really hard to make the unit economics work when you don't have a strong logistics strategy for drivers and patient flow."
