Tools for Humanity announced its Concert Kit product, intended for verified humans to purchase concert tickets, would launch with Bruno Mars' tour. However, both Bruno Mars Management and Live Nation stated that no partnership existed and Tools for Humanity had not approached them. The confusion arose from a statement made at a Tools for Humanity event. Following the backlash, the company revised its announcement to indicate that Concert Kit would instead roll out during Jared Leto's band Thirty Seconds to Mars' 2027 European tour.
