NASA Planning Another Test Flight by Boeing's Starliner
Briefly

Despite setbacks from a failed test launch of the Starliner spacecraft that stranded two astronauts and caused embarrassment, Boeing and NASA are planning another test flight. NASA's commercial crew program manager, Steve Stich, noted that the aim is to test modifications before proceeding to a crew rotation flight. Boeing has faced significant financial losses on the Starliner, exceeding $2 billion, and there are concerns about persistent technical issues. Nonetheless, the agency is focused on ensuring all systems could support crewed flight in future missions.
Boeing and NASA are hoping to address some of the technical issues that stalled the Starliner project, aiming for another test flight to initiate crew rotation.
What we'd like to do is that one flight and then get into a crew rotation flight, so we can test the changes we're making to the vehicle.
