The second most expensive property was a townhouse at 244 West 11th Street, priced at $10 million, down from $12 million. It includes plans for expansion, previously purchased for $8.5 million in 2021.
In the past week, Manhattan saw 26 contract signings, with condos being the most common type. The combined asking price for the homes was $163.5 million, showing an average price of $6.5 million and a median price of $6.2 million.
