The latest phase of 102 properties at Gascoigne East are now ready to rent, continuing the large-scale transformation led by Be First in Barking.
This new neighbourhood is being designed with energy efficiency in mind, producing 40% less CO2 emissions while providing below-market rent options for residents.
Be First aims to complete 50,000 new homes and create 20,000 new jobs by 2037, marking a significant investment in the east London area.
The development will also feature three new parks and community areas, making it one of London’s most sustainable neighbourhoods with pedestrian-friendly layouts.
