The star singer and actress, who seems to be splitting up with Ben Affleck, has sold her Madison Square Park penthouse in New York City - seven years after she first put it on the market - for $23 million, according to city property records.
The Lopez residence opens from a private keyed elevator into a great room with a skylight and a wall of Palladian-style windows. French doors lead to a terrace overlooking the park.
