The 55-story, 676-foot tower will feature a multistory podium supporting a sculptural residential tower designed by FXCollaborative. The project will deliver approximately 600 apartments, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and amenities including a pool, lounges, and roof terrace. The 18,000-square-foot site is being developed by Tavros Capital and Charney Companies with Incoco Capital, with a $525 million construction financing package arranged by Greystone Capital Advisors. Completion is targeted for 2028.
