New York City has launched a housing lottery for 12 affordable units at 2385 Tiebout Ave. in Fordham, offering options for low to mid-income residents.
The two types of affordable units include three studios renting for $3,052 and nine one-bedroom apartments for $3,234, aimed at households earning 130% of the area median income.
Amenities include high-end appliances, energy-efficient features, a parking garage, and storage for bikes, enhancing the living experience for selected tenants.
Interested applicants must meet income and housing requirements, with a preference for New York City residents, and applications must be submitted by Oct. 7.
