Retired Hollywood investor Gordon Crawford has relisted his cliffside home in Dana Point for $39 million, reflecting a $7 million price drop from its initial asking.
The Crawfords bought the estate in 2022 for $33 million, setting a local record, and previously listed it at $46 million. This new price could still break records.
