Mariah Carey, a five-time Grammy-winning artist, has rented a lavish estate in New Canaan, Connecticut, for $75,000 a month, which is now listed for sale at $13.9 million. The Tudor mansion, known as Orchard's End, spans 6.25 acres and boasts historic architecture and modern amenities including 12 bedrooms and a wellness center. Previously owned by businessman Carlos Hank González, the property underwent a $6 million renovation that included building a recording studio, now a yoga studio. Known as Orchard's End, the New Canaan estate sits on 6.25 acres. The grand brick-and-limestone main residence, a Tudor mansion at 544 Oenoke Ridge, was built in 1929.
Malloy shares the listing with fellow Serhant broker Jessica Lane. Carey loved the property so much that she built a recording studio there - although it has since been transformed back into a yoga studio.
