The nearly 5,200-square-foot house at 2202 Spinnaker Ct. on Lake Audubon was built in 1981 in a bungalow style typical of Virginian lake houses. But an extensive renovation four years later transformed it into a contemporary dwelling with sharp angles, clean lines and, of course, large windows.
