Three people died and nine were injured in a shooting at Taste of the City Lounge in Brooklyn around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday. The New York Police Department reported that up to four shooters were involved and the incident appears gang-related. Commissioner Jessica Tisch stated a dispute inside the club led to the shooting, with 42 shell casings recovered. The deceased were men, and the injured were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Mayor Eric Adams announced a crisis management team's mobilization in response to the violence.
