Rally at Floyd Bennett Field pushes for Malliotakis immigration bill to pass
Briefly

"One year later, the migrants are still here. We are simply asking the mayor and the governor not to renew that lease," Jaime Williams stated during the rally.
"We testified before congress, had two rallies, and sent a letter and petition last week to the mayor and governor with over 1,000 signatures to revoke the lease," Williams remarked, highlighting their efforts.
"State subsidies and state benefits cannot continue to be given to undocumented illegal migrants. We need to worry about our homeless, our veterans, and our seniors that need assistance," Williams urged.
The Coalition for Better Communities organized the rally, marking another chapter in ongoing protests against the use of Floyd Bennett Field as a migrant shelter.
