The court system's efficiency relies on adequately staffed security personnel, yet recruitment faces significant challenges due to the adverse effects of Tier 6 Reform, which has diminished pension benefits. This situation underscores the urgent need to focus on retention and attracting new officers to ensure effective court operations.
