The city has access to about $6 billion in revenue not accounted for in the mayor's budget.
The post-COVID city economy has proven to be durable and resilient...Jobs are back, tourism is back...we've got what we need right now to restore a lot of these cuts.
Suggesting that we have to cut cops or the fire department because of migrant costs, it was just never necessary...all of the cuts that were made...they're not necessary and we've got the money we need to restore all of them.
