Wilding at will - NY's crime 'reforms' let kids sow terror on our streets
Briefly

On March 29, Ellena O'Brien and her six-year-old daughter Inez were viciously attacked by a group of pre-teens in Brooklyn. After leaving a hair salon, they encountered the gang, who had recently vandalized a car. The pre-teens began assaulting them with Nerf guns, causing injury to Ellena and trauma to Inez. Following the incident, Ellena was hospitalized for serious injuries, but police released the perpetrators, highlighting serious concerns about youth crime and accountability.
Once the car sped off, the gang looked for a fresh target. "Let's get that lady, now!" one shouted.
They swarmed Inez and her mom, shoving the Nerf guns in their faces and firing pellets at painfully close range.
O'Brien was not the first victim attacked by these individuals, as she met a food deliveryman who got punched in the face by the same group of kids.
the adult-sized thug was released "due to age." And that's it. No follow-up, and certainly no justice.
