He was taken into custody at the end of January on charges of sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child porn after the images were found on his phone, according to the feds."

Jon was arrested in January after explicit videos were found on his phone showing him sexually assaulting the child at their Staten Island home in 2024. Brittany was subsequently charged after investigators discovered she had sent explicit images of the victim to her husband in September and October, following his text instructing her to prove her commitment. The couple exchanged inappropriate messages about the abuse. Jon was released on $100,000 bail despite the severity of allegations.
