Staff at Fortismere School staged six days of industrial action due to rising class sizes and cuts to lesson planning time. They argue that headteachers Jo Davey and Zoe Judge did not negotiate adequately with the National Education Union, resulting in significant disruption to education. Parents expressed disappointment, noting the adverse effects on students. They emphasized the need for collaboration among school leaders to address financial pressures. Headteachers acknowledged the situation's severity and are seeking resolutions to prevent further disruption.
