Following Natasha Ednan-Laperouse's tragic death from an allergic reaction to a baguette in 2016, her parents established the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation (NARF) in 2019. In February, NARF introduced the Allergy School, providing free resources aimed at increasing awareness of food allergies in educational settings. It's an unfair responsibility to tell them to safeguard children with allergies without giving them the tools to do it.
